Boston University Endodontist Ramzi Sarkis Named Ten Under 10
Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine (GSDM) Assistant Professor of Endodontics Ramzi Sarkis (AEGD 96, DMD 02, ENDO 05, MSD 08) is one of Massachusetts Dental Society’s (MDS) newest Ten Under 10.
Ten Under 10 recognizes member dentists who graduated dental school within the past 10 years and “have made significant contributions to the profession, their community, and/or organized dentistry.”
“I enjoy merging science and technology with the art of dentistry to positively impact my patients’ well-being and health,” says Dr. Sarkis.
Dr. Sarkis donates his time to organized dentistry, including the Metropolitan District Dental Society, Yankee Dental Congress, American Association of Endodontists, and MDS.
“Participating in the MDS is not just about giving back to the profession; it is also about believing in change and making it happen,” Dr. Sarkis says. “My goal is to serve on the committee where I can be most productive.”
From 2008-09, Dr. Sarkis served as Director ad interim of the Post-doctoral Program in Endodontics.
In addition to his BU degrees, Dr. Sarkis holds a dental degree (DChD) from Saint Joseph University in Beirut. He works in private practice at North Shore Endodontic Associates in Peabody and Brookline Endodontic Associates.
